Throughout my days, I find myself doing meetings and having deep conversations with so many amazing people. From issues that impact wellness, to issues that impact our society and our being, there is nothing I love more than when we go deep into the discussion. 

I found over the years that small talk gave me anxiety, and if I had to attend an event that was oversubscribed, I tended to feel that my time was not being well spent.



The Collective Power

However, the power of people and communities is amazing. People can really launch each other to new heights, and the generous ones that share their knowledge or whose views are serving society are leading the change.

After so many years interacting with others, and having been really lucky to meet some rockstars, I’ve come to realize that I always leave the conversation thinking: ‘I wish more people had heard this and how much that can change perceptions and preconceived ideas’.

Reshaping The Status Quo

After my past corporate mission to transform the way things were done, I suppose I started seeing transformation and change in every process, every rule, every tradition. I love to ask 'why'? I love to challenge the status quo. Not for the sake of being different but for the sake of innovation, evolution, and positive change. I want us to develop beyond the 'way things were done' and to ask ourselves the questions shaping our today!

Focusing On The People

So, with all of this in mind, I decided to launch my podcast. A space where I want to offer something from different fields to everyone, while inviting old and new friends to share with me, in a casual conversation, their experiences.

I will use my platform to inspire change and spark positive disruption, as well as to show my community that it is always possible to reshape your views, to stay relevant and keep developing towards your ultimate potential as a person and a society.
